Traffic Closure and Construction starting 10/31/2011

Sunnyside

  • Detours Remain in place for 8 weeks
  • Demolition of the Steel Bridge

Berteau

  • Detours Remain in place for 10 weeks
  • Install retention barriers

Grace

  • Install temporary bridge support
  • Install safety handrail
  • Detours will be set up around 11-3-11
  • Crane will be moved from Berteau to Grace around 11-4-11

Between Lawrence & Winnemac

  • Signal Bungalow retaining wall structure

Foster & Balmoral

  • Install temporary bridge support


Short Term:

Bridge construction has started on Sunnyside, Berteau and Grace. 

Medium Term:

The Sunnyside, Berteau and Grace bridges are expected to be completed by spring 2012.
