Proposed SSA Merger/ Expansion Project
RCC, Alderman Gene Schulter, and the City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development merged SSA #31 and SSA #37 to expand to the Greater Ravenswood Special Service Area #31.

Sidewalk Clean-Up
As part of our administration of SSA #31, RCC has contracted with Neumann Family Services to provide sidewalk clean-up along the entire Special Service Area from March to October. Neumann, which runs the Neumann Neighbors program is a social service organization which provides education, housing, recreation, rehabilitation, training, and employment opportunities to people with disabilities. Their mission is to integrate persons with disabilities and other life issues into the community and enrich their quality of life with choice and independence, and RCC is proud to share in that mission. Snow Removal
As SSA administrators, RCC is also responsible for snow removal and salting on the Greater Ravenswood SSA #31 route. This service will be provided anytime 2 or more inches of snow fall in this area.

Landscaping/ Holiday Decorations/ Special Projects
SSA 31 will provide landscaping elements along the SSA as well as holiday decorations for the winter holidays. We will also be working toward other special beautification projects and improvements in the SSA #31 area.
