Circus in the Parks
The annual Circus in the Park featuring Midnight Circus was back with an all-new show and new little Big Top Tent for the 2011 tour. It was Astounding!
The Midnight Circus is a one-of-a-kind family event and all proceeds earned go toward the improvement of local park facilities.
The circus will be in the 47th Ward for two shows every year. The first will be at Welles Park (2333 W. Sunnyside), and the second at Chase Park (4701 N. Ashland). Performances are at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturdays and 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Sundays.
The Midnight Circus will also be at four other park locations next fall:
Holstein Park (2200 N. Oakley)
Independence Park (3945 N. Springfield)
Mt. Greenwood Park (3724 W. 111th St.)
Commercial Park (1845 W. Rice St.)

We look forward to 2012 season and to discover more parks with the drive to utilize this program.
