William Helm               'Bill' Helm has been a member of the Ravenswood Community Council since 2004.  He has been an active and dedicated member of the 47th Ward community for over thirty years.  He has deep sense of responsibility to the community and believes civic engagement can bring about positive change.  William is a staunch supporter of the Chicago Public Schools and an ardent advocate for sufficient school funding.  Since 1995, Mr. Helm has been an active member of the Amundsen High School Local School Council.

As a former member of the Welles Park Advisory Council, he worked with many dedicated neighbors to spearhead fundraising for the current and future play lots.  He has alos organized many appreciation luncheons and special events for senior citizens as a show of respect for their vital contributions to the 47th Ward community.

Rosemary Schulter      

Gary Vartabedian         Gary is a new member and owns a local restaurant called Armand's Pizzeria located at 4159 N. Western Avenue.  He is responsible for all charitable efforts there including Little Kicker Soccer Club, Chicago's Spring Half Marathon, working with Chicago Boys and Girls Club, Gateway to Learning and Miseracordia.  He has Senior-level Institutional and Middle Market Fixed Income Sales and Relationship Management, Fixed Income Sales and Relationship Development.
